Workplace Gifts
Annually, employers encourage their employees to contribute to the United Way Campaign or other employee giving campaigns. Making a contribution, through either a one-time gift or through payroll deduction, is a way to positively impact the important work of the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® of Arizona.

If you wish your employee contribution to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions in Arizona, please designate the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® of Arizona by writing in the United Way Contributor’s Choice code #3023 or CFC code #5024.
